What are we supposed to get from these two letters from Peter found near the end of the New Testament? We have learned that the Peter of 64 AD is a greatly different person from the fisherman Jesus called thirty years earlier. We have seen the powerful impact of the Holy Spirit in the life of the fisherman turned evangelist and pastor.

These were among the last words that Pete ever wrote. These were perhaps his most focused thoughts. Pete knew that he would not be on this earth much longer. What is his final challenge to believers? What should we be doing, "For Pete's Sake", in the Name of Jesus?
