Pastoral and Ministerial Staff
Dr. Jeffrey D. Hoy
Jeff and Ann Hoy planted Faith Fellowship Church with 17 adults and 12 children at the first meeting in fall of 1995. He often says that they haven’t stopped running since! Jeff is passionate about sharing the Gospel and making the Word of God come to life. Pastor Jeff teaches life truth from the Bible in a way that connects with people and calls them to become the persons that God has designed them to be. (Click here to learn more about our Pastors)
Pastor Ann Hoy
Pastor of Christian Education and Youth Ann.Hoy@FaithFellowshipWeb.com
Ann is remarkably gifted in education and discipleship. She has led some of the most creative and dynamic ministries in our community, touching thousands of families and lives for Jesus. She has a passion for sharing the Gospel in real and genuine ways with people of all ages, but she is particularly passionate about reaching the generation of students who are making decisions that will shape the rest of their lives.
Pastor Paul W. Reece
After successful careers in the business world, Paul has finally decided what he wants to be when he grows up. His job here at Faith Fellowship has become his dream job. The business skill he gained as a comptroller in the television industry and as an owner of a mortgage company help him to adminstratively and financially guide Faith Fellowship. Since becoming part of the Faith Fellowship staff, he has graduated from the EFCA Theological Institute and has become a licensed minister with the Evangelical Free Church of America. If Paul had to pick the best part of his job, it would be working with the people and families that are a part of the congregation. He and his wife, Lisa, love to travel and try new adventures. They have two married daughters and a bunch of awesome grandkids. Paul will tell you he is from nowhere (which as you get to know him, you'll understand it is probably true), but he was born in Newfoundland, Canada and grew up in an Air Force family. He eventually worked his way down the east coast to sunny Florida.
Originally from upstate New York, Mike went to Cedarville University in Ohio. Having done his time in the snow, he loves the warm weather of Florida and has lived here for almost 20 years. Mike is the part-time worship leader at FFC and has been in ministry in both full-time and part-time capacities his whole life. He is the music teacher at Viera Charter School where he specializes in middle school choirs and band. His wife, Jill, is a first grade teacher and music teacher at Creel Elementary in Melbourne. Anderson, their son, is a gifted pre-teen who loves to make music as well. When Mike is not at church or school, he teaches voice in Cocoa Village and is a music director and performer at the Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse.
Mike’s heart is to see the church thrive. Worship, powerful teaching, and relational connections all impact both the church and the world. Mike wants to be an active part of the seeing the world changed for and through Christ.
Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
Youth Ministry Associate Jennifer.Walters@FaithFellowshipWeb.com
Jenn Walters was born and raised in Melbourne, FL. Ever since she received an invite from a friend in middle school to attend youth group, she has thrown her heart and soul into Faith Fellowship Church. While attending Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Jenn spent her summers working for, and volunteering at FFC. She graduated college in 2009 Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Dance and Student Ministry. That same month, she married her husband, John, a fellow “Faith Fellowship Graduate” and a few months later they moved to Seattle, WA for a new adventure. After 2 ½ years in WA spent teaching children and dancing in Sixth Day Dance (a modern, Christian dance company), Jenn and John returned home to start a family. They are currently raising their two young daughters, Meliana and Adelyse, and pursuing their passions. Jenn’s favorite things are her family, coffee, dancing, blogging, and quiet (early) mornings with God. With returning to Faith Fellowship staff, Jenn is most excited about pouring back into the very youth group that shaped her to be the woman she is now, and most importantly, having the opportunity to mold and guide youth in their walk with Christ, just like others at FFC did for her.
Director of Children's Ministry Kristy.Crowe@FaithFellowshipWeb.com
Kristy was born and raised in Melbourne, FL. As the eldest of 4 girls, she's cared for younger children as long as she can remember. She met her husband, Nick, at the University of Florida where he was on the Cheerleading Team and she on the Dance Team. They, as well as their two awesome kids, moved back to Melbourne to be closer to family. Kristy is excited to be the Children's Ministry Director, as she loves kids and considers it a blessing to see them grow in their faith.
Pam joined the FFC staff in June of 2008. She married her husband, Jim, in 1984. They have two adult daughters, Sarah and Allison, a little granddaughter, Olivia, and sons-in-law, Jared and Chuck. Pam enjoys working in the office with “the greatest co-workers and co-laborers for Christ ever”. She also enjoys all of the volunteers who come to the office to help complete the endless list of tasks required to keep the church office running smoothly. Pam enjoys reading, fishing, bike riding, and spending time with her family.
Assistant to the Executive Pastor Jill.Weber@FaithFellowshipWeb.com
Jill and her husband, Chris, have been with Faith Fellowship a few months shy of forever. Her four sons were raised at Faith Fellowship, and are grown now; their ages will not be revealed in an effort to keep Jill’s age discreet. She loves working for Pastor Paul Reece and co-teaches Youth Sunday School…well, her husband teaches and she aides. However, she makes the best Sunday morning desserts that you will ever taste. Ask anyone. As for her International Law degree…well, working at Faith Fellowship is much more rewarding.
Assistant to the Pastor of Christian Education and Youth Kristin.Pakulak@FaithFellowshipWeb.com
Originally from the West Coast, she’s been a waitress and administrative assistant, but nothing is more rewarding to her than sharing God’s love with families at church. Kris is gifted with patience, as exhibited by her loyal support of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. She loves Almond Joy candy bars – because sometimes you feel like a nut – and will only drink Diet Pepsi. Kris and her husband, Matt, live in Rockledge. She is a proud Mama of four sons.
Becky is the friendly voice that greets you as our receptionist. She keeps the database in order, and does whatever else is needed to get us ready for the weekend services and every other events we hold. She is also an adult volunteer on Youth Retreats and Summer Camp. She leads a Women's Bible Study and loves serving God and serving others here at FFC.
