You have HEARD... 'You shall not commit adultery.'  But I (Jesus) say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”  God created the human heart with a capacity for passionate desire.  Lust is desire left unrestrained and focused on something that God has forbidden.  It is not the same as temptation.  Plus, lust is not just a sexual issue.  Take a look at today’s economy…built on lust and covetousness.  Our sinful nature lusts for power, fame, money, position, popularity, and recognition.
