Romans 8
[35] Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? [36] As it is written:
    "For your sake we face death all day long;

        we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered."
[37] No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
[38] For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, [39] neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

     There is nothing that can ever make God stop loving you. Nothing. Period.
     Nothing in the physical realm can thwart God's love. In all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose. Trouble, hardship, persecution, famine, nakedness, danger, or sword are all forced to kneel before the sovereign plan of God. Even the worst possible circumstances of the physical realm can never defeat God.  In fact, it is in the worst possible circumstances that God's love in Christ is most powerfully evident and magnificent.
     Nothing in the realm of the spirit can make God stop loving you either. Death, life, angels, demons, they all bow and tremble before His Lordship. None can overpower His love.
     Nothing in the realm of time can make God stop loving you. Nothing in your past or in your future can block the overwhelming love of God for you in Christ. God knows it all. He knows everything you have ever thought, done, or thought about doing, and He still loves you. God knows every mistake, sin, and rebellion you ever WILL make, and He still loves you.
     No, not even in the realm of power can his love be defeated. No powers, political or familial, psychological or emotional, will separate you from the love of God in Christ.  
     Not even YOU. You cannot make God stop loving you, even if you tried and no matter how hard you might try. You can run from God's love, but you cannot escape it. Even if you were to choose to reject God's greatest gift, the free gift of salvation bought with the blood of His Son, this would not cause God to stop loving you in Christ.
     It may sound strange, but God is willing to love you all the way to hell. He will never hate you. Even if you chose to separate yourself from God for all eternity by trusting in self for salvation, God's love for you will never cease and His heart will never stop longing for you. Remarkably, His love for you is great enough to allow you that freedom and, at the same time, never be thwarted.   
     No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. A conqueror is one who returns from battle with a great train of treasures and defeated enemies in tow as the cheers of crowds come forth. But we are more, even, than such "conquerors" through Him who loved us. We are even more in Him.

     Thank you, Lord, for making me more than a conqueror in the love of Christ. Thank You, Lord, for making me more than a conqueror in the realm of the physical, the realm of the spirit, the realm of time, and the realm of power. Thank You for loving me with undefeatable love.  In Jesus' Name. Amen.
