Perhaps no previous generation in all of history has so universally understood this: we were not made for how we are now living.  Maybe that’s why it seems we strive so hard to go “back to Eden”.  In the primal story of Adam and Eve we see the tragic fall of mankind from everything God intended for them to be. From that day forward the defining characteristic of life, separated from God, has been Shame.  But there is another side to this story. Hope for change. Freedom from the prison of shame.
