Sometimes we think of freedom as the ability to say, do, or think anything we want. But real freedom is quite different. In fact, real freedom sets us free from an old self and an old way of life that does as it pleases. Jesus said, “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" (John 8:32). He also said, “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed” (John 8:36). It's that "free indeed" life that we really want to get to. Join us as we begin a new summer series studying what the Bible says about real freedom. Jesus wants to set us free from a lot of things. But even more, He wants to set us free from things we cannot even imagine.
