How to Setup Podcasts

What is a Podcast? A podcast is a way that audio files can be automatically downloaded whenever new files are present. You can subscribe to several different pocasts. Currently Faith Fellowship has two podcasts. Do I need an iPod to listen to Podcasts? No, you do not have to have an iPod to listen to Podcasts. You can listen to them on your computer or once they are downloaded you can transfer them to any MP3 player. However iTunes and the iPod make it very easy to manage your podcasts. How to I subscribe to the church podcast? The best way is to download and install iTunes. Even if you don't have an iPod, iTunes is one of the best programs to download and subscribe to podcasts. iTunes is available to download HERE. Once you install iTunes you can click on this Sunday Message Podcast Link to load the iTunes page and subscribe to the podcast. How will I know there is a new sermon posted? Once iTunes is setup and you have subscribed, every day iTunes will get the most recent sermon that is available. You can see the list of available sermons by clicking on the arrow. Once you see the list you can click on any GET button to get a past sermon. You can visit Apple's Site to get more Itunes Podcasting info. Can you get Sermon Notes via Podcasting? YES - sermon notes are also available via podcast. You would need to have Adobe Reader installed to view notes.
