Small Groups

What is a Small Group?
A small group consists of no more then 12 people that have agreed to come together for the purpose of bible study, fellowship, prayer and support in their Christian walk.

Where do Small Groups meet?
Most groups meet in homes, however we have some that meet at the church for childcare purposes. Some groups rotate homes and some remain at one home. It is the group's decision.

How long is the meeting - How often do they meet?
Most groups meet every other week. Group meetings typically last 2 hours, sometimes longer for fellowship and refreshment.

How long is my commitment to the Group?
There is an initial time of "getting acquainted" in which you may decide whether or not to continue with the group. If you decide to stay with the group it is asked that you continue for 6 months or the length of the study. We haven't had a problem with this, most people never want to leave their group! Of course there are always times members may miss a meeting. Many groups take some time off in the summer due to vacations, etc.

How do I get involved?
If there is an email listed by the Small Group - simply email the leader and ask for more information. If there is not an email call or email the church office for more information.
